Kickfit

Kickboxing based fitness class. No contact and plenty of padwork. 

High energy and lots of fun, get rid of the day to day frustrations by punching targets and getting fit into the bargan.

Circuit Training

Body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise rapidly moving to the next exercise

H.I.I.T. (Tabata)

High Intesity  interval training,  using alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. A form of cardiovascular exercise. The  short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Personal Training

If a group class is not your thing, book in for personal training sessions with one of our level 3 Personal Trainers.

They will work with you to access your requirements and build a programme to meet those needs.

They provide a safe way to reach your goals.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells are round weights with handles, used to perform ballistic extercises that combine caridovascular, stength and flexibility training.

Excellent for any shape or size to lose weight or build muscle mass. 

BOOGIE BOUNCE

The Boogie Bounce Xtreme programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked. EVEN THE FACIAL MUSCLES! -
