A Note from the Founder
I didn’t start martial arts until my late 20s — and I often wish I’d had the chance to begin as a child.
Martial arts changed my confidence, discipline, and direction in life. That experience is what led me to build Twin Tigers in Scunthorpe — a family-run club focused on confidence, structure, and real progression.
Today, we help children, families, and adults grow stronger both physically and mentally in a supportive environment.

Twin Tigers Martial Arts & Fitness has been part of the Scunthorpe community for nearly 20 years, helping children, teenagers, and adults grow stronger — physically and mentally.
We believe martial arts should build confidence, discipline, and resilience in a supportive, structured environment. Our classes are welcoming, beginner-friendly, and designed so every student progresses at their own pace.

Our Philosophy
Everything we teach is built around developing people — not just techniques.
Confidence First
We help students believe in themselves — whether that’s stepping onto the mats, standing up in front of others, or pushing past personal limits.
Some student go on to compete and have achived World Title status.
Discipline & Respect
Martial arts teaches focus, self-control, and respect for others — values that carry into school, work, and everyday life.
Training is not always easy, self control and discipline are paramount.
Real Progress
Structured classes, consistent coaching, and clear goals ensure students improve week by week — not just turn up and sweat.
Every student trains for their own reason, sometimes condfidence, fitness, to compete, we try to ensure each one meets their goals.
Always Earned, Never Given
Grades, belts, and recognition at Twin Tigers are earned through effort, consistency, and attitude — never handed out.
